Appointments

If you would like to schedule an appointment, please contact us on (03) 6344 8344 or you can make a quick and easy appointment through our website by clicking the “Book Appointment” tab.

A standard appointment is 10 minutes and includes the discussion of 1-2 simple issues. If you think you might need a longer appointment, speak with a member of the reception team before you book your appointment. Telehealth appointments are also available and can be booked via phone or the “Book Appointment” tab.

Cancellations

Cancelling an appointment is totally understandable. We ask that you cancel your appointment either through HotDoc, replying ‘NO’ to your reminder text or by calling our receptionists at least 2 hours prior.

A non-attendance fee of $20 will be charged to those that don’t cancel their appointment. This fee does not attract a Medicare rebate.

Patient Results

In most circumstances if your doctor has ordered blood tests or medical imaging patients are required to make an appointment to discuss the results personally.

This provides a high standard of medical care and ensures patient confidentiality as it can be hard to identify a person over the phone.

Walk in Appointments

Routine walk in appointments are not available. Routine walk ins will be offered the first available appointment. Walk-ins which are not routine will be triaged by the practice nurse to assess urgency.
