Telehealth Consultations
Telephone consultations will be charged the same billing schedule as your face-to face appointments. We will require payment directly after your consultation. Our staff can take your payment over the phone and process your Medicare rebate at the same time. As per Medicare rules, patients who have not been in the clinic in the last 12 months are not eligible for any Medicare rebate.
Additional Procedures
Procedures incur a gap of $50-150 depending on the complexity of the procedure and this will be discussed by your treating doctor at the time.
Payment is at time of consultation
Payments will be taken at the time of consultation. We no longer have the option for patients to hold accounts.
